More bad than right. The fries were missing when I ordered. Although there were hardly any customers.

Very nice staff. Everything is going quickly.

Forget half of them and are then still unfriendly when you know them.

Toilets closed! This has nothing to do with Corona! From my point of view, a McDonald's on a motorway has an obligation to let its customers use the toilets

Food was fine. Milk shake too (which is often not available at McD in bigger towns, whatever the reasons are)

Clean, friendly staff and good location

One of the less great MC ^ s. Screen orders work, but are completely illogical for the less burger-savvy customer. Toilets only with admission, an absurdity. Avoid the shop ....

The burger was clapped together rather carelessly. Worse: 50 cents for using the toilet. At least I expect them to be clean and functional. 3 of 3 urinals covered, 1 toilet clogged and the other silted up.

Pay for the toilet and then only with cash and above all extremely dirty? Otherwise rather unclean. Second star for the super nice staff.

Order was correct, the content was wrong again ? Not the first time. The sprite was water. Can you do something right sometimes ?

Table was cleaned before use; Order was processed quickly, wrap was better than in other branches and friendliness was perfect. Only the fries could be a bit crispier, as in other branches.

I ordered without cheese but got a burger with cheese! Otherwise mces not healthy, no good ingredients but it tastes quite good.

Clean and calm place, often the macdps near german autobahns arte tired sad places but this one is not of them

McDonald's at the rest areas. The wrap was better filled, the barriers not thought through or the placeholder tables were all occupied by guests. The seat service carried a tray around the shop because it had the wrong number and the toilets weren't really clean. We got the potato wedges fresh and brought them to the table. The burgers were OK, the apple turnovers were also fresh. If you want to have the coupons, you should use the table service on the app. Is much clearer and the space in front of the machines is too small anyway.

Service was OK but the food was cold

Yesterday evening (23.08.2020) I quickly got something to eat 2 MC Rip when I got home I see that the burger has onions and cucumbers, but no sauce and it wasn't the meat you know from an MCRip, but breaded chicken. That makes you really annoyed on Sunday evening. I could throw away both burgers. Then I ordered something elsewhere. I have often fetched something in Vöhringen and it was often the case that something was missing ...

Really did. We are always very satisfied, especially since the cash register window opened (first Mc Donalds in which this window is not just decoration). We noticed every little improvement and the staff is very friendly and fast :)

only 3 of 4 ordering screens were working. staff seemd exhausted however very friendly.

Very nice and courteous service. The food was freshly prepared and brought to the place.

Well,It is a Mc Donald. But the cleaning and serving personnel was very fast and efficient.

No kiosks, and faulty terminal. It's not XX century anymore

Toilets not working and not clean, and they didn't accept debit/credit cards not issued in Germany.

Very busy restaurant in the Total-Autohof near the highway. Unfortunately, no conversion to the current order and operating structure. So neither screens for the orders, nor serving things to the table. 3-4 servants behind the counter and queues in front of it. General cleanliness in the guest area could be better. Food as expected, without defects. McCafe as well, cappuccino and muffins good. Here, service went better, despite more complicated preparation. But was less going on. WC: cleanliness very borderline, hand dryer without function and no paper towels. If the food was not completely okay, there would be no 3 stars.

It's a RIP off u have to pay for refueling you're soda cup...the personal is rude

I am not into Mcdonalds breakfast, so we came too early. Everything else was ok, only would prefer burgers over breakfast menu.

You can pay only german bankcard, ???WTF???? This is abnormal. Why?

Standard McDonald's

Absolutely the worst McDonald's experience ever. Waited in line for 20 min to just give an order and then told the machines that accept cards ONLY accept debit GERMAN cards and no visa, MasterCard, or anything that isn't German. This place is on a major highway with a petrol station right next to it with ATM and they accepted our credit card/debit card. Staff were friendly at least but still ranked the worst ever McDonald's. Congested, dirty, don't accept credit cards with no WIFI or ATM solution within walking distance. I will never go to McDonald's again in Germany if this happens again!

Men's toilet is simply dirty and smelly.
